Filming Policy

JouleFit encourages individual self-filming provided it does not interfere with member and guest’s usage of the facility or privacy. All professional photo/video shoots must be pre-arranged and pre-approved by management. For the full policy, click here.

Do I need a heart rate monitor or any other equipment? 

No. You are welcome to wear one but no monitor is required.

Do I need to schedule my session? 

Yes. Please schedule in advance through our web/billing app. Walk-ins are available but the scheduled clients will have priority access.

What is the First Time Setup Process?

During your initial visit, we create a custom profile in the JouleFit system. Each JouleBot in our circuit is customized to match your body’s specific measurements. This takes approximately 10 minutes. Your profile settings are retained for all future visits so when you visit, our Circuit is automatically customized for you!

Can I bring a guest, and what is the guest policy? 

You can bring a different guest once per month for one session.  Each guest must pre-register in our system.

Do you partner with local businesses for member perks?

Yes! Please ask a team member if you are interested in setting up a relationship.

Do you host member events or community workouts? 

Yes! We are available for community events on a limited basis. Please ask a team member if you are interested.

Do prepaid sessions purchases expire? 

Yes after 90 days.

Are group or gifted memberships available?

Yes! Gifting is available through our billing system. Please inquire with a team member about gift memberships.

Are memberships transferable?

No. Memberships are non-transferable.
